Katie Hatch, PsyD
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Greetings! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who obtained both Masters and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology, with a minor in Client Centered Therapy. I am a Certified DBT provider, and specialize in work with adults throughout all stages of life. I believe in creating a therapeutic environment that allows for safety, vulnerability, and deep healing. Through the therapeutic relationship, individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves, learn to gain control over unhealthy behaviors and symptoms, and enhance their capacity for self acceptance. My practice is trauma informed and neurodiversity affirming, and promotes an overall sense of peace and wholeness.
I value supportive, genuine interactions with my clients and strive to truly understand each person's own unique experiences and to accept each person as they are without judgment. I am unconditional, authentic, and transparent in my interactions. My goal is to meet clients where they are in their life process and collaborate with them in order to help them navigate and find solutions to their life struggles. The way I engage each client varies. Every person is unique, and the focus of therapy is less about diagnostic label and more about understanding the whole person. I am well-versed in the latest techniques and continuously educate myself on new ways to help clients. I believe in the mind-body connection and the value of various modalities of healing.
I am a devoted mother of three children and stepmother to three more, including one with significant mental and physical disabilities. I am adopted and have been personally impacted by addiction in the family, divorce and blending families, as well as coping with a loved one with severe mental health issues. I enjoy spending time with my family, doing yoga, and embracing nature and the outdoors.
Amanda Lamorte, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in the school setting as well as in private practice. My therapeutic practice is trauma informed, and I specialize in Brainspotting and Somatic Experiencing. Additionally, I have certifications in Trauma Informed Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Chair Yoga, and have space to incorporate such healing modalities into the therapeutic experience. Some other therapeutic modalities I frequently utilize include CBT, DBT/Skills Training, IFS, Meditation, Movement, Expressive, and Sand Tray. I am well versed in working with children 5 years and up, as well as with young and middle aged adults.
Life can be a rollercoaster, sometimes with intense or turbulent ups and downs. We all experience emotional pain at some point, and each of us deserves compassionate support and guidance to explore different ways of healing ourselves. As a former educator, current school social worker, licensed clinical therapist and certified yoga instructor, I believe that humans have an innate need to understand and be understood. Real change begins once that need is fulfilled. Then, the mind and body can be nurtured through the path of healing.
I am a mother of four who spends my free time fostering the connection between myself and my children, as well as with the important people in my life. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults develop and strengthen their personal attributes from a place of kindness, patience, and grace. I would be honored to walk alongside you and/or your child/adolescent as they too work to find their way.
